I was told I had to update the app in order to get points. It won't recognize my receipts or add points. I've tried a dozen times to install the new app and it won't recognize my email. This has been an ongoing frustration.
App is garbage, made me restart my order 3 times. And entering my card information it kept adding random numbers and had to go back and delete. I also had a 5 dollar credit that was applied to the first order I tried to make but wasn't allowed to be put on the second time or the third.

Last Thursday we eat in Cafe Rio and we were really disappointed all was dirty. The table the floor the kitchen area. But today we went there and surprised everything look clean good job of the superviser today.
Horrible app. Paying through app is virtually impossible.
Great food. A regular must have staple too your diet. The app and points system is so generous. We go here more than anywhere else!
